OTAs grow significantly stronger than travel agencies
Online travel agencies (OTA) are benefiting disproportionately from bookings for the summer months, according to an analysis by the Internet Reisevertrieb (VIR) association. While the onliners recorded high increases, the stationary travel agencies were still below 2019, it said.
