Former Iberostar executive Enric Noguer is joining Thomas Cook Group as Chief of Hotels and Resorts in place of Ingo Burmeister, who will focus on his new role as head of the UK business.
Noguer has over 20 years of international experience in the travel industry, working around the world in both tour operating and in hotels & resorts. He has held a number of high profile positions for TUI Group and Hotelbeds Group and was most recently Managing Director of the Americas for Iberostar Hotels & Resorts based in Cancun.
He will join Thomas Cook on 15 June taking over from Ingo Burmester who recently assumed the role of Chief of the UK Source Market, and will share his time between Thomas Cook’s new office in Palma de Mallorca and Oberursel, Germany.
