Riu takes over TUI minority share in 21 properties

Riu Palace Maspalomas on the island of Gran Canaria is one of the properties TUi held a minority share in.

TUI sells its share in a hotel portfolio: Majority owner Riu takes over TUI's 49% share in a jointly held portfolio of 19 existing properties and two properties in development. The TUI partnership with Riu on brand, hotel management and distribution is to be continued.
