No new high-risk areas

No longer classified as a high-risk area: Armenia with its capital Yerevan.
In the new travel advice, the German Foreign Office does not add any more high-risk or virus variant areas. Instead, several all-clears are given. Travel warnings are still in place for about 60 countries or regions.
