MP Hotels, part of Germany’s FTI Group, is continuing its brand and portfolio expansion with the launch of Club Sei lifestyle resorts for families and younger guests.

FTI Group has steadily expanded its hotel activities over the last few years to offer a range of holiday accommodation for its German and international customers. MP Hotels, founded in 2015, currently comprises 70 hotels in 11 countries, including Labranda Hotels & Resorts with five different product categories, Design Plus hotels, premium brand Kairaba Hotels & Resorts and budget brand Lemon & Soul.

The fifth brand, Club Sei, will offer club resorts and kick off in winter 2019/20 with three re-branded existing resorts: two hotels in Turkey and one in the Canary Islands.

In Turkey, these are the 281-room Club Sei Marmaris, which has a private beach, and the extensive 772-room Club Sei Belek, which includes 11 swimming pools, numerous restaurants and bars, water slides and a private beach. Details of the Club Sei Lanzarote have not yet been disclosed.

Roula Jouny, CEO, MP Hotels and also Chief Content Officer for the FTI GROUP, said: “I’m thrilled about Club Sei and the potential it has to revive the more traditional club concept by attracting the new generation and the modern traveller.

“We have collaborated with the renowned Dr. Cem Kinay, the mastermind and founder of Magic Life, to build a fresh brand and attract the new age consumer needs. We are confident that Club Sei will set the base for the new era of clubs.” Kinay founded and ran the Magic Life club resorts before selling the hotel company to TUI.

MP Hotels described Club Sei is “an all-experiences-included club concept that caters to modern travellers and families looking for a customized and contemporary hospitality experience in interesting beach destinations”. It is based on eight ‘pillars’ reflecting customer wishes: a combination of the digital and the nomadic, private and social, active sports and tranquil therapies, spacious rooms, market-like dining spaces as well as customized activities to cater to all age groups.
