More bookings from Germany in sight: Popular holiday destinations as the Algarve with its Seven Hanging Valleys Trail are looking forward to welcoming more holidaymakers from the top European source market.
Tour operators in Germany are optimistic about a quick pick-up in bookings once the EU's Covid-19 'travel pass' comes into effect next month, and some are even forecasting a boom given the massive pent-up travel demand among consumers.
The European Commission aims to implement the 'EU Covid-19 Certificate' for people who have been vaccinated or recovered from Covid-19 during June.
